  If you like Mayor, Mraz, You'll LOVE Howie, November 2, 2003

Reviewer: Kat Storemski from Gainesville, FL United States | If I had to describe the album Australia I would say its a sereal view of life and love from the perspective of young adult. All those twisted feelings translating into being 20something. (these songs were written when he was 16+) Take a listen to 'She Says', and you will understand.
I've been listening to Howie Day for about a year and a half now. I bought Australia from his website, then proceeded to follow his live show. Australia is an introduction to who Howie is and what he has to say. Its the only CD I own that I can listen to all the way through. If you like what you hear, go to his website and there will be a link for a trading boad, and you can hear him live. You dont know howie until you hear him live... a one man orchestra. Don't believe me? Email me and I will send you proof. (Gainesvillekitty@aol.com) After the cd, go see him live. You will feel closure. =)

Reviewer: A music fan from Los Angeles, CA | This is a great CD! Very inspiring songs! If you like Day, Mayer, or Mraz, another great artist/singer/songwriter getting rave reviews is Steven Delopoulos from New Jersey (www.stevendelopoulos.com). His new masterpiece CD, "ME DIED BLUE" is absolutely GENIUS and incredibly moving!

Reviewer: A music fan from Santa Fe | Australia is easily the best album in at least 25 years. I wonder how a small town kid can put together something like this.... but it's there, and Howie Day is far better than the acclaimed stars of today. This CD is absolutely amazing. He really is that good. If you dont have it, you are missing A LOT.
